Issue with personalized LOV not refreshing immediately
Hi All,
I applied a forms personalization on the Ship-To Contact LOV within the Quick Sales Order form. This personalization creates a filter so that only contacts that have a phone number will show in the LOV.
The issue we are having is that occasionally a newly created contact WITHOUT a phone number will show in the LOV for a brief period of time (perhaps 10-15 minutes). This is not consistent. Sometimes a newly created contact without a phone number never shows in the LOV.
Running the SQL query that I'm using for the personalization directly from SQL Developer NEVER shows a contact without a phone number.
