Output arguments (NumOfAffRecs, NoMoreRecords) missing from Siebel Operation step Query/NextRecord

I am facing a issue, While using Workflow - Siebel Operation step Query or NextRecord , output arguments (NumOfAffRecs, NoMoreRecords) are missing. System does not accept manually entered arguments.  It gives error : Field '' does not exist in definition for business component 'Repository Business Service Method Arg'. Please ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration.(SBL-DAT-00398). Thanks in advance.
