ACA 1094C missed records

in Compensation and Benefits - EBS (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

We sent our file to IRS last week and it got rejected for
few data corrections. We were about to send a replacement file with data
corrections it was discovered 28 cobra (retiree
splits) were not included/missed in the original file.

These 28 people were not in the original file.

I am not sure how to proceed with adding these people. They
won’t have a record number in the replacement file.

Can you help/guide how to process these records, can it be
added to replacement file ??
