Planning dimension access rights - matrix needed

Hi experts,

we have a request from end users that we should have matrix in dimension access rights.

For example user should be able to select Entity A and see whole income statement while after selecting Entity B this same user should see only one set of cost accounts.

I have been thinking this should be possible to do using nested groups having inheritance there. But I am stuck now. Any help appreciated with applauds!
