The order line status is "Picked Partial" for few items but delivery is closed but unable to close sales order. This is internal order. Some of the lines are in back-ordered status in delivery detail but we do not have balance on hand for those item and would like to close the line.

Pls let us know how to do this, as this is impacting month end closure.
