Lot/Serial Number not Generating Automatically-Ship Confirmation-P4205

Hi All,
When we do Ship Confirmation using Program-P4205,System is showing error as "Lot/Serial Number invalid or not found"

I have verified 2 fields
Item Branch Plant-->Serial Number Required-->SRNR is set to N

Lot Process Type(SRCE) at Item Branch Plant is set to  1

At BP Constant Lot Creation is checked On

Am i missing something here what else i need to verify ?
