AM_DEPR_CALC calls AMDPCALC several times in 9.1

During an upgrade from 8.8 to 9.1, the client noticed the difference between versions while running depreciation. It was explained to him how AM_DEPR_CALC is now the one that calls for AMDPCALC, but the client wishes to know why AMDPCALC can be called up to three times so far.

We believed it was related just to the amount of business units in the process but even when it's only two, AMDPCALC can be run three times. The question is, what are the different reasons AMDPCALC can be run each time? All the log tells us is that it processes a different amount of assets each so the data is not getting duplicates and everything seems to be correct, but we do not know what it processes in each run.
