Delimited file import format - 2 source fields to 1 target dimension

Hi there

I am using 11.1.2.4 (non cloud) FDMEE and want to have two source fields (segment and accountnumber) to go to the target HFM dimension Account.  Are lookup dimensions needed here?  I have set one up, but when I come to do the multi dimension mapping, it only offers the source to be the first field (e.g. segment) for the mapping.  Could the steps possibly be laid out for how to do this?  Many thanks!
