Digital Certificate Authentication for SOAP Web Service?

Hi,

We are dealing with a Government SOAP WebService where authentication is based on digital certificate issued by government for us. How do we configure this provided certificate and present it as a digital authentication while invoking web service via SOA or OSB?

We can do calls via SOAP UI using the digital certificate in our configuration, not sure about steps to do it in SOA & OSB.
