Interface Trip Stop error

Platform: Oracle Order Management 11.5.10.2

We are getting an Interface Trip Stop Error when we execute Ship Confirm transaction. The error says -

Cost Of Goods Sold Account Generation Failed with error:

Unable to get account for delivery detail id xxxxx

We have checked COGS setup at Organization Parameter, Order  Header and Line types, Item Master and Organization Item and confirmed the account is setup. Also, we have turned the Dynamic Inserts on.

Any idea what may be the issue here?
