Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I am using BSFN B4101220 to get available quantity. I want to know how it is calculated. passing ITM, MCU, index1, keys=2 and primay, seconday UOM=CS
