Access denied on cwallet.sso when trying to move it on windows system

Hallo,

because of doing a new disk layout on a server (downsizing one disk while adding a new one) I want to move the oracle 12.1 home from a drive with letter E to a new disk that temporary has a new drive letter G. While doing this move on a windows 12 server I get access denied on the cwallet.sso file in folder E:\oracle\admin\<DB_NAME>\xdb_wallet. I am a member of the local administrator group and even did not have permission to read the ACL data of this file. So I do not know, which user/service does have privileges on this file.
