SWE Command Issue

Hi All,

I am trying to execute SWE Commands from a 3rd party desktop application. they are working fine. However, each time I fire a command, it opens a separate window.

Like, for Login if I fire a command, siebel is opened and logged in. Then If i fire a command for logout, siebel is logged out, but it opens a log out in a separate ie window.

When I goto perform some activity on the first window, it actually gives the message that it is logged off.

Please let me know if there is a way to control this behavior so that all activities are performed in same window.
