Oracle R12 (12.1.3) - WMS/OTM Issue

Hi

We are experiencing the following issue:

Delivery numbers are being assigned to multiple lines in an order and these deliveries are assigned to a trip.

When the pick release occurs the lines that are backordered are not being cleared from the delivery. The backordered lines lose their delivery number but the trip retains them.

This creates the following error when trying to ship confirm:

Unexpected Error: Error in Routine WSH_NEW_DELIVERY_ACTIONS.CONFIRM_DELIVERY,  Oracle Error - 100

ORA-01403: no data found

Is this a bug or does a profile option perhaps have to be updated to resolve this?
