RPC error in HFM Web Data Forms

We are observing continuous RPC server errors while submitting data using HFM web forms in an environment with 2 HFM Application(1 large and 1 comparatively smaller application). We created forms from scratch as well and tried importing forms from another environment but RPC error persists. Is it a known bug linking RPC error to data forms. We are currently on version 11.1.2.2.503
