On expanding Receipt menu, nothing is coming

In the application diagnostic responsibility, when we are trying to run the diagnostic for a receipt batch following the document Doc ID 471593.1, then on expanding Receipt Menu, nothing is coming.

Any suggestion, how to fix this? We need this urgently.
