We currently have about 30 hourly employees working in the state of Nevada. NV overtime rules state that anyone making less than 1.5 times minimum wage needs to accrue daily overtime for time worked over 8 in a day. Anyone who makes over 1.5 times minimum wage only accrues OT over 40 hours worked in a week. The way the Earning Policy is currently set up in Oracle, it is calculating EVERY hourly employee who works with Nevada at daily overtime. We do have a small number of employees who need daily overtime but most should be accruing only if
