PROJECTS : Actual Costs for newly createdTask ( in MSP ) is not getting transferred back to MSP 2010

Actual Costs for newly created Task (in MSP) is not getting transferred back from Oracle Project R12  to MSP 2010. The actual costs is missing in MSP 2010.

Steps to follow :

1- A Projet with tasks, resources and actuals costs is transferred from Oracle R12 to MSP. Validation OK in MSP.

2- In MSP, a new task is created  and the data projet is sent back to Oracle. In Oracle, we can see the newly created task.

3- In Oracle, we create a expenditure item for this new task and send back the actuals to MSP. New task is in MSP but actuals are missing for this new task.
