Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. We are trying to enable TLS 1.2 on E-Business suite 12.1.3 for outbound connection only following doc note 376700.1,

we added a debug to find out what protocol is used and application still uses TLSv1 when communicate with Paypal.

Anyone faced something similar? Any help is appreciated.
