How to Copy the URL for a MOS Service Request and Include It as Web Page Attachment In Mores

We create internal SR's in Teleservice and wanted to build a link between the EBS SR and the MOS SR. We tried copying the URL for a given Service Request But the Page fails to open. Has anyone had any luck or know how to copy the URL to a given SR so it could serve has quick link in Forms Attachment.

We encounter the following error:
