R42500 Showing Error on PDF but No Message in WC

Hi..
I am trying to do Batch Ship Confirm
But in pdf out R47500 is showing as Error in Status and there is no message in Work Center

I have checked Processing option for R42500 and R47500 and there is a version of P4205 attached with R47500

Let me know if i am missing something
