B1200007 - F1202 Accumulate Date Sensitve Balances

I am creating a UBE and one of the pieces of information that I need to retrieve is the prior month balance of an asset.  I am using B1200007 to do this.  I have an asset that I recently transferred to a new company.  Depreciation has not been run for the asset in the new company.  If I pass in the new company number, asset number and the current month to business function to retrieve the prior month depreciation, I would expect it to return 0 but it is returning the prior month depreciation in the old company.  It is
