FRM-40010: cannot read form /u01/install/VISION/fs1/EBSapps/appl/xxerp/12.0.0/forms/US/xxempp.fmx

Hi all,

I am a self learner  i have installed  EBS R12.2.3 on my computer which is a single node with vision database. In my setup i have applmgr,oracle user but oracle user owns every thing.

I have oracle Form builder 10g  which is 32 bit and installed on windows 7(64 bit) i do the required steps but at the end i can not open custom fmx form in oracle application. Problem is only with the custom form others form i can open.

I have created a custome form/application and assign it to a custom Responsibility
