Can I install 12.1 RDBMS EE before 11.2 EE (Solaris 11) ?

Hi

I know in previous version with 10 & 11 we were forced to install 9,10,11  but is this restriction still present ?  I know I can try and see what happens but like to keep the machines clean when they are new, if all tall possible :-)
