I created a new pdf template and when I used Template Viewer I got this error:

oracle.xdo.template.pdf.exception.FatalException: The template seems to be in either corrupted one or newer version than PDF1.7

Attached are the template and the xml file

Please let me know if you have any suggestion for this error
