Discrepancy in Item availability

Hi,

There is a discrepancy in item availability.

On hand field shows 3920 qty but in available field there is 0 qty. None of the quantity fields show this 3920. It is not even committed.

How can it be removed as when trying to do adjustment, it is giving Qty invalid error and Warning as Item location record not found.

Is there any other way to make On hand as 0 except SQL?
