JDE 9.1 Manufacturing - Purified Water as a manufactured ingredient

Hello,

I was just wondering if anyone has experience with a pharmaceutical granulation process in JDE, as we are adding this process to our business soon.

I've done some research on process manufacturing and it doesn't appear to fully address manufacturing Purified Water as an ingredient (or sub-assembly).

To make this ingredient for a separate granulation process;

1) There is a non-stock input of tap water (ex: from the sink).

2) The water passes through a series of filters (changed regularly) and machines (calibrated regularly).

3) We do not currently use machine run rates in JDE, just labor and overheads (I will research costing this later).
