- CU has a unique CSI for his Exadata which is not under Platinum.
- CU has a unique CSI for his Exadata which is not under Platinum.
- He would like his apps vendor to open a support ticket and work directly with Oracle on this Exadata
- CU is unwilling to provide CSI access to this apps vendor as he would like Apps vendor to run with a new support ticket and not viewing the existing open ticket that they currently have.
- Will create a SI Group or perform a "Duplicate this Support Identifier" or Create a New Support Identifier help in this situation otherwise please advise if there is any other method?
