R3382 failing to calculate load for rate schedule orders

Whilst running R3382, I can momentarily see the load for a work center that only handles rate schedules, doc type SC. The data appears once the status of R33815_XJDE0001 is 'Done', however this data disappears once R3382_FMUK0002 completes. This suggests there is a bug. We are running JDE 9.2, tools release  9.2.0.

Status of batch jobs when I can no longer see the work center load. Please also note the reduced capacity, from 3 shifts (120 hrs) to 1 shift (40 hrs)
