Multiple enrollments error

This was discovered during Bundle 44 testing, but ended up not being bundle related.  It also happened with a vanilla version so it can't be attributed to any customization we have.

This is the scenario...

1.  Enrolled student in ENGL 1310

2. Added a row and tried to add a second section of ENGL 1310, but it threw the multiple enrollments error, because they’re already in ENGL 1310. HOWEVER, the row remains there on the enrollment request.

3. Added another row and tried to swap them out of the ENGL 1310 and into a COMM 4950, but the COMM class has a requisite on it.  This threw an error and did not add the COMM class, but added the second ENGL class because that row was still in the enrollment request. Student is now enrolled in 2 different sections of the same course.
