Hi Experts,

I have a below doubts on LDAP server Implementation.

Appreciate if someone quickly address my questions.

I am looking to create a LDAP server for my setup ( Solaris, Aix, Linux ) and ( windows ).

1. Is the Solaris OpenLDAP will be a best option to me?

2. Will the Solaris OpenLDAP will support Aix, Linux and Windows for user authentication.

3. Is there any future support from oracle ( Hope it is not licensed.)

4. Difference between LDAP vs OpenLDAP.
