while trying to close eam work orders, Concurrent Manager encountered an error while attempting to s

can anyone support how this can be resolved. 

The concurrent close discrete job was running effectively and all of a sudden it erred saying Concurrent Manager encountered an error while attempting to start your immediate concurrent program EAMCDCL. Routine &ROUTINE received a return code of failure. Contact your support representative.
