Bank Account not appearing in Source Bank LOV on Bank Account Transfer Screen

When creating a bank account transfer in Cash Management, the bank account transfer entry user is unable to search a particular bank account XX00001 as source account. I have verified that the respective OU has access to the required bank account. The OU is also assigned to the BAT-Entry-Responsibility which the entry user is using.

Also, using the same responsibility, another user is able to use the same account in the Source Account field on BAT screen. Please suggest what could be the possible reason that the BAT entry user is unable to find the bank account in source account LOV.
