Getting issue with WSJ in JDE E1(when we search jobs are Loading long time)

Dear All,

we are using JDE E1 XE version. Getting issue in Work With Submitted Jobs. In that process when we search jobs Status P-processing,W-waiting,D-done.

It will take soo much time to get status of jobs. After soo much time it was taken then we are getting this below error.

I have tried so many times terminate jde and login again, again iam getting same issue.

What reason i have faced this issue. What is root cause for this. please help how to rectify  on this issue.
