place order issue

Hi team,

I have a strange issue on Place Order

I tried on more than one approved quote.

same behavior.

I disabled all user hooks.

error message is

APP-1934: ORA 06508: PL/SQL could not find unit being called in package ASO_SUBMIT_QUOTE_PVT Procedure Submit_Quote

I went to Quoting Sales Manager resp (Forrm) and set ASO DEbug.

here is the output last lines

ASO Exception in package : ASO_QUOTE_PUB

ASO Exception in API : SUBMIT_QUOTE

ASO SQLCODE :

ASO SQLERRM :

04-APR-2017 05:05:34 ASO FRM-QOTCMLIB   QOTHDDET_CONTROL BOOK ORDER Submit Qte Returned Unexpected ERROR

any advice appreciated.
