Post Upgrade to IP 16, Tools applet web template issue

Hi All,

  After we upgraded to IP 16, and when we go to Tools -> Applet and edit web layout . The layout is completely weird and because of that we are not clear if we make changes will they distort the application.

How to rectify and make sure that we can see the web template items like we did earlier , any pointers?
