Update the message "HR_APPR_FINALRAT_CNFRM_SS" with HTML Formatting

Hi,

we have a requirement to update the  message "HR_APPR_FINALRAT_CNFRM_SS" , with  Red Color to Highlight users before clicking yes to confirm appraisals.

However, the change is not reflecting at the page whereas it reflects at the fnd_new_messages table only.

Any idea, if this message can be  customised to show html formatting.
