BSSV Deployment Failure and BSSV Object Size Issue

Hello All,

Non Production TR: 9.2.1.0,

Production TR: 9.1.4.7,

Jdeveloper: 12.1.3,

Application Server: Weblogic.

We have production environment in 9.1.4.7 and non production environments in 9.2.1.0 tools release.

After upgrading to tools release 9.2.1.0, we developed few custom BSSV objects and surprisingly the size of this objects was 16 MB (16,000 KB).

Package built and deployment was also successfully in non production environments.

But when we promoted one of this custom BSSV object to production, deployment is failing.

Can we promote the BSSV objects which are developed using Jdeveloper 12.1.3 (9.2.1.0 TR) to production environment which is 9.1.4.7 TR and which doesn't support 12.1.3 version of Jdeveloper.

Does the above reason might be the cause of the issue ? Or could there be any other reason.
