Hi All,

Is there a limitation of the text to be entered in the validation condition in creating a new business rule in PDH( R12.1.3).

I have created rule to check for some attributes values in the validation condition. The existing rule text is 988 chars.

I tried to add more attributes to the existing rule and the text is getting truncated in the rule when I click validate the rule.

Did anyone faced the issue or is there a patch to resolve it.

I see the length of the coloumn for the rule is defined as CLOB but not sure why the rule is getting truncated when adding more chars.
