Error on creating a Order Line Item with a product with hierarchy

Hi,

We are using Open UI IP-2016.

I am trying to add a Product with hierarchy and after entering value in Qty and tries to save the record. The following error occurs and we are getting this error in QA environment and not in the Dev environment. It seems to error out of the signal but not sure the reason behind this.

[2]Error invoking service 'ISS Copy Service', method 'StoreEAI' at step 'Save Instance'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

[3]For instance of Integration Component 'Line Item', using user key '[Integration Id] = "2-2DHEQL4"', a record with identical values already exists in the Siebel database.
