Case Notes Length beyond the size of ORA database
Hi, We are processing email using ERMS functionality. when the inbound email length (there was a table in the email) is closer to the maximum length of the database, ERMS processes the email and we are able to create a HR helpdesk case successfully. Post that when we try to reply to the mail as an agent, the length of the outbound email goes beyond the DB limit when we add it as a note. When I happen to open the case again for view the outbound note it throws me an error and doesn't allow me to close the
