OVFS - P09330 - Manage Layouts Errors

When clicking on Continue on the Manage Layouts window (it doesn't matter which Version I choose or if it is a new Version I created) I get these errors:

Data Selection BALSHTBYBU SAMPLE0001 Not Found 

A form level error has occurred.CAUSE . . . Data selection BALSHTBYBU SAMPLE0001 could not be found for the row definition name, column definition name, or statement version.

RESOLUTION . . . Inquire on the row definition, column definition, or statement version and verify that data selection has been correctly added.

  Threaded BSFN call to BuildFRWBalancesWorkTable failed 

A form level error has occurred.
CAUSE: Business function BuildFRWBalancesWorkTable encountered an error during threaded execution.
