Report output in PDF is OK but the same is not sent to printer to print the hardcopy.

I checked printer mapping is already active for this report R55BI43515. Please see the below.

*PUBLIC R55BI43512    *ALL    JPAA92PD \\OUSPXA03\AU_M4210 *ALL    AV.

Issue is that Report output in PDF is OK but the same is not sent to printer to print the hardcopy.

There is no physical output on the printer, user have tested the printer by setting it up on the local machine and we can print the PDF copy directly to it through normal print process. The JDE process does not print to the printer name as setup in the system below.  I think there is issue with physical printer \\OUSPXA03\AU_M4210, to replicate this issue, I tired to paused that printer and submit test report but do not see the report coming on this printer. Do you know what will be the caused or reason and how we can resolve this issue.
