Item not coming from a secondary pricelist

in Quoting - EBS (MOSC) Question

Oracle quoting has an order type,pricelist is attached to an order type.In the price list,the item is not added,rather we added the price in another pricelist ,this pricelist is added to the main pricelist as secondary pricelist.Client is using Custom attributes. Client just created a new item,and added it to the secondary pricelist,the price we are looking for is not appearing in Oracle quoting in list price.Why is that?Do we need to run Build Attbiute mapping?
