Configuration for Siebel Gateway Name Server (IP16 - 16.0.0.0) failing on RHEL7

Hello Team,

We are trying to setup the Siebel Server. The installation went fine, but configuring the Gateway Name server is failing. Configuration logs doesn't report any failure.

Though we are able to start the gateway server using "start_ns", but while configuring Enterprise in Gateway server fails. reporting "Unable to connect to the gateway server."

  Attached is the configuration & gateway server log.
