DB Target Status not correctly shown on EM12c on Enterprise Summary menu

Hello,

on Linux X86_64 RH 6.4 I'm using EM12c version 12.1.0.4.0.

The target Host Linux X86_64 RH 6.4 has installed an Agent 12.1.0.2.0 and a DB Instance 12.1.0.2.0. The status UP (green) of both listener and the DB Instance was correctly shown on the EM12c Enterprise Summary.

Since I migrate the DB instance from 12.1.0.2.0 to 12.2.0.1.0 the Listener Target Status is UP (green) target version 12.2.0.1.0 the service database IGS has Target status DOWN (red). the Dabase System has the Target status Down as well

on the list Most affected Member :

IGS type (db) Key member is V , Status red

Listener Listener2 type (listener) , - , Status UP .
