How do you mass terminate a plan during ESS Open Enrollment when its no longer being offered?

What is the best way to mass terminate a plan that employees are currently enrolled but is not being offered during open enrollment?  The plan is still appearing on the benefits confirmation page in ESS even through its not a plan listed in the available plans work file.
