Oracle 12cR1 RAC Flex Cluster - Hub node failure and resource failover

My Flex cluster configuration as Follows:

Host1 - Hub Node

Host2 - Hub Node

Host3 - Hub Node

Host4 - Hub Node

Host5 - Leaf Node (Connected to Host3)

Host6 - Leaf Node (Connected to Host4)

Scenario 1: Host4 fails

What will happen to the leaf node (Host6) which is running on Host4?

What will happen to the services which are running on Host6?

Is there any possible service interruption?

Scenario 2: Host3 and Host4 fails

What will happen to the leaf nodes (Host5 and Host6) which is running on Host3 and Host4?

What will happen to the services which are running on Host5 and Host6?
