Student Records - Quick Enroll Issue/Bug in Campus Solutions 9.2
Hello, we are in the process of upgrading to Campus Solutions 9.2 | PeopleTools 8.55.12. Our Functional Analysts for Student Records/Enrollment was testing the quick enroll function in a CS 9.2 environment. When on the Add Tab, they entered the student's EMPLID, then looked up the student's academic career. When the Career was selected, the Student Term Field was highlighted in red and message box appeared stating missing field value required. Why is that message appearing at the Academic Career Field Change event instead of when the Search Button is pressed and the search initiated?
The functional tester hit OK to the above message and manually entered the student term value. When the user tabbed out of the term field, the field was highlighted in red and message box appeared stating invalid value, use the lookup for a valid value. When the user clicked on the magnifying glass, the same term value, that was manually keyed in, was available for selection. When the user selected the value just keyed in, the system accepted the value and the page field went back to its normal background color.
