How can we add new Supplier-Location via Supplier Change Request?

We have Suppliers that have branches in different states, for example Training Providers. When we raise the voucher to pay the Training Provider branch from a particular state, we just choose the Remit To Location which is named as that branch name.

As we try to decentralize the supplier changes, via Supplier Change Request, this currently poses a problem for us because it doesn't allow addition of a new Supplier-Location.

Is there an upcoming development work to address this, or should changes like this be treated as an exception and just let the Supplier Admin team take care of it?
